General Registration Information

+ All registrations must be done online through Bonzi.
+ There will be no in-person registration.
+ Registrants without online access or credit cards are asked to register online with the assistance of a friend, relative, employer or via public facilities (all local libraries provide free online access)
+ All new registrants must create an account with Bonzi.
+ You will need the following information in order to complete the registration process:

U12 to U18 players only
Be prepared to upload a headshot of the player. This is for their BC Soccer ID card. VERY IMPORTANT - this is a HEADSHOT OF THE PLAYER NOT A FULL BODY SHOT OR A PICTURE OF THE PARENT.
All unregistered players are not permitted to practice or play as they are uninsured players, and in violation of the club's liability insurance policy.


Fees

Administration fee
Each player will be charged a $25.00 non-refundable administration fee when registering for the fall season and a $10.00 non-refundable administration fee when registering for the spring season or Academy sessions. This fee covers items such as credit card fees, administration expenses, field lining costs etc. This fee is not applied to the U5 program.

Third or More Child Fee
The third child fee is $100.00 off of the registration fee. The older two children need to be registered first and the third/youngest child registered last. This discount is to be applied to the youngest child. This discount does not include the U4/U5 age divisions or any player chosen to a team that is required to pay the development fee (U11 - U18)

U11 to U18 Development Fees
All U11 to U18 players must register online and pay the base registration fee. Upon notification that the player has been selected to a metro/gold team, the player will automatically be charged the additional fee of $225.00. You are agreeing to this charge.

If a player is assigned to a team, and it is deemed after four weeks that the player is incorrectly placed, LUSA has the right to move the player to a team that will match their ability.


Payments

All registrations must be done online through Bonzi using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard). All transactions are secure. If you do not have a credit card, please contact the Registrar at 604-530-3470 or info@luysa.com to discuss payment options.
We do not accept cash.

Club Policy on NSF Cheques

Financial Assistance
There are three prominent national programs that provide direct funding for children and youth to participate in sport: KidSport and JumpStart and Athletics for Kids. Information about these programs is below.
If you are applying for financial assistance, you apply directly to these organizations and you must also send a copy of your application to LUSA by mail, PO Box 26015, Langley, B.C. V3A 8J2 or email to info@luysa.com You must also include a $50 deposit for each child's registration. This $50 deposit will be refunded to you once we receive full payment for your child's fees from KidSport and/or JumpStart. Your child's soccer registration will not be processed until we receive a copy of your KidSport and/or JumpStart application along with the $50 deposit. When registering, choose cheque as payment option. Remember that your registration will not be confirmed until the above printed criteria is met.
Please do not send your original application to us. The original application must go to the organization you are applying to.

KidSport

Reciepts
•You can print a receipt for registrations for each player by signing into your Bonzi account
•Log into your Member Account, using the same username & password you used to register for soccer.
•Once you are logged into your Member Account, under account menu, click on Transaction History.

Refunds
Fall Season
LUSA will grant a full refund less a $25 administration fee prior to the first training session. After this date, no refund will be issued. During the season, if a training session or game is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or field closures, no refund of any type will be granted. LUSA will attempt to make up games only at a later date but there are no guarantees.
Academy Programs

New players to LUSA

All new players to LUSA must submit proof of age documentation (one of the below)
Birth certificate
Citizenship papers
Passport
Sworn affidavit (ie. Letter from school principal verifying birth date)
*NOTE: Care cards are not acceptable.


Coach information
• All team officials (coaches, assistant coaches, and managers) must complete a criminal record check and register online through the Bonzi registration system.
•Criminal record check process will be forwarded from the coordinators
•All team officials must supply the Registrar with contact information including mailing address, email address, and contact phone numbers.
•Girl's teams must have one female official.
*U12 to U18 team officials also need to supply a headshot for BC soccer ID cards.
This information needs to be received by the Registrar by August 15 for the fall season.
