Former Langley United president Bob Boyd-Whitely passes away

Bob Boyd-Whitely, former president of Langley United and long-time soccer administrator in Langley, passed away suddenly from a heart attack in the middle of November.

Bob was involved in soccer administration for many years and played oldtimers soccer for the First Capital over 60s team in Langley. He was also a well-respected speech pathologist in the Langley school district for many years until his retirement.

The memorial service for Bob will be held on Friday, December 1 at 2:00 PM at Kwomais Point Park in South Surrey.
