Free Time

Players must be in pairs or more when involved in free time activities while traveling.  No player is to go anywhere alone while given free time.  Free time includes activities such as shopping, down time between games, down time in the hotel, etc.  Players must always inform the coach or the supervisor assigned to that player where they will be during free time activities.
 

Hotels

Players are to behave appropriately at all times when in the hotel.  This includes:

-          Appropriate dress including footwear

-          Voices at conversation level, avoid excessive noise

-          No running at all in hotel hallways

-          No ball playing inside hotel

-          No entry into other teammates rooms without invitation and without those individuals being present

-          At no time should a single player be alone in any room with an adult (supervisor/coach) unless that adult is the player’s parent.  If players need to meet with an adult supervisor they should bring at least one other player with them

-          Players must adhere to curfew and lights out (lights and TV.) times as set by coach.

-          Players will not watch any TV programming unsuitable for their age, or that is deemed inappropriate by any individual sharing the room.
 

Team Functions

While traveling with the team, players will be expected to participate in scheduled team functions such as meals and team meetings.  Once a function has been announced:

-          It is up to the player to know the time and location of the function (this info will be announced or posted)

-          The player is responsible to be on time

-          The player is responsible to be in appropriate clothing if specified

-          Players wishing to miss a team function for any reason must request permission from the coach
