1. Use common sense to ensure that the spirit of the game, for children is not lost by overcalling their game. 2. Ensure that both on and off the field your behavior is consistent with the principles of good sportsmanship. 3. Compliment both teams on their good plays whenever such praise is deserved. 4. Be consistent, objective and courteous in making all calls. 5. Make a personal commitment to keep yourself informed on sound officiating principles. |
