U9 (2000) and U10 (1999) Registration for Optional Academy Programs

Please fill out the following form to register for our optional academy programs.Note that these program are available to U9/10.

Price

Hotshotz & Skillz are $135.00 each for 10 weeks

Keeperz are No Charge but require to leave with the registrar a $100 Deposit dated Dec 1st, 2008 payable to LUYSA. Form registration still required for record keeping.
